HERBS
Our Tai Po clinic has a “cabinet of hundred drawers” with hundreds of different Chinese medicinal herbs for prescription dispensing and for purchase. We regularly review the qualities of all our herbs and send them to Hong Kong Standards Testing Center for testing of microorganisms, pesticide residues, heavy metals as well as toxic elements to ensure quality and safety.
In addition to individualized prescriptions, our practitioners may also prescribe Keystar Therapeutics’ registered proprietary Chinese medicines and functional foods according to individual conditions.
Proprietary Chinese Medicines (pCm)
Keystar Therapeutics has six registered proprietary Chinese medicines and they are: Keystar’s Strengthening Pills for Stomach, Keystar’s Strengthening Pills for Rhinitis, Keystar’s Strengthening Pills for Chronic Cough, Keystar’s Spirit, Keystar’s Joint & Pain, as well as Magee, a superfine power for inner health and beauty.

Herbal soups have a long history dating back to as early as 1700-1100BC and we have 16 types of soup packs consisting of high quality herbs, each type uniquely tailored for different needs.
TCM Teas
Our popular TCM teas are made to correct the body’s imbalances and restore inner health simply through enjoying delicious teas comprising of fragrant, raw Chinese medicinal herbs.
Functional Foods
Functional foods are foods that provide therapeutic benefits to our health in addition to basic nutrition. Our herbs infused organic dark chocolate series, Ji-keli, perfectly demonstrates the concept of medicine as food, where food and medicine are of the same origin.

Keystar Therapeutics was established by our practitioners in 1992 to develop and produce our very own proprietary Chinese medicines and health supplements in Hong Kong. Therefore, our products have been developed and used extensively over the years by our three generations of practitioners.
